Residential Life 2023-2024 Housing Information

Our Residence Halls are co-ed and provide suite-style accommodations with an on-site student and professional staff dedicated to creating positive living and learning environments that promote academic success, cultivate personal development, and provide a comprehensive collegiate experience for a diverse population.

High $3074.50 Semester total w/double room $4263.50
Regular $2800.60 Semester total w/double room $3989.60
Double Room: $1189.00

*Athletics scholarships only cover the cost of the Regular Meal Plan. If you would like the High Meal Plan, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Housing Application Packet:
  • A completed Residence Hall Application, available in the Campus Life Office or Online

  • A $100 deposit – payable at the Cashiers, bring the receipt to the Campus Life Office

  • A copy of your immunization records, please refer to our Immunization Protocol for more information.

Before you are allowed to check-in you must:
  • Have a completed application packet

  • Be currently enrolled in 12 or more credit hours

  • Have your account balance paid in full, contact Cashiers for information on your balance

Fall Semester Deadline: July 6, 2023,* deposit is forfeited after this date
Fall Semester Check-In Day: August 18, 2023 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Christmas Break: Halls close December 14, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
Spring Semester Deadline: December 14, 2023,* deposit is forfeited after this date
Spring Semester Check-In Day: January 12, 2024 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Summer Break: Halls close May 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

  • Refrigerator (less than 4.0 cu ft. & energy star efficient )

A laundry room is provided in each wing of the Residence Halls with washers and dryers at no additional cost to students. Students must bring their laundry detergent.

Students may bring a hot pot, coffee maker, rice cooker, and blender. Appliances that have a visible heating element or use hot oil are prohibited. Rooms are not equipped for cooking. Animals, including fish, are not allowed. Arizona Western College does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. It is strongly recommended students purchase a Renter’s Insurance policy to cover their personal belongings.

Arizona Western College reserves the right to assign students to residence halls and rooms and to consolidate as needs dictate. Please review the Residence Hall Application/Agreement for additional information.
