Getting Started with Dual Enrollment
Steps to complete:
Apply for admission. You will need your Social Security number to complete this step.
Note: Please make sure that you are carefully reading the instructions on the “residency” portion of the application since this will determine if you pay in-state or out-of-state tuition.
Go to email and find your admission email which contains your Arizona Western College ID #. Follow the instructions to activate your Arizona Western College Account and find your NetID #.
You CAN register for dual enrollment classes online through Self-Service. Complete the Dual Enrollment Registration Form and submit it at Arizona Western College Registration Office by the registration deadline.
Note: All new students must submit documentation confirming lawful presence in the US. View all acceptable documents. Documentation can be verified at the Admission & Registration Office
Note: Students who do not submit their registration paperwork to the Arizona Western College Dual Enrollment Office or Registration Clerk by the designated due date for their high school are responsible for bringing their paperwork to Arizona Western College.
Tuition can be paid in these ways:
Pay with cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) in person at the campus registration event OR at any Arizona Western College campuses cashier's office.
Call the Arizona Western College fiscal office at (928) 317-7666 with your student number ready and provide a credit/debit card number to charge.
Pay online by logging in to Student Self-Service with your Arizona Western College username and password. This option is only open to students that have set up self-service and allows you to pay all at once or sign up for a monthly payment plan. Online payment may not be available when accessed through a phone or tablet.
Failure to pay in full or set up a payment plan by the deadline will result in a student being dropped from their classes without notice.
