
Returning Student Guide
Our Dual Enrollment team works closely with each participating high school to host dedicated Admission, Registration, and Payment collection day during both the fall and spring semesters. These on-site events make it easy for students to complete all necessary steps in one visit.
If you’ve taken Dual Enrollment courses before, welcome back! Follow these steps to get started again:
Check Your Admission Status
- If you’ve taken a break of one year or more, you’ll need to reapply at azwestern.edu/apply
- Log in using your original account
- Need Help Logging In?
- Your username is the personal email you used when you first applied. If you need help resetting your password or unlocking your account, email: dualcredit@azwestern.edu
- Choose the Right Application Type:
- Freshmen–Juniors: Select the High School Application (Dual Enrollment)
- Seniors: Select New – Traditional
Check Your Email for AWC Student Information
After submitting your application, keep an eye on your personal email inbox. You’ll receive:
- Your AWC Student ID Number. If you do not receive the email with your AWC ID number within 24 hours, please contact dualcredit@azwestern.edu.
Complete and Submit the Registration Form
Once you have your student info, it’s time to register for your Dual Enrollment course(s):
- Fill out the Dual Enrollment Registration Form
- Submit the form on your high school’s Dual Enrollment Registration Day, deliver it to the Counseling Office, or email it to dualcredit@azwestern.edu by the deadline
Where to get the form:
- Forms are handed out during the Dual Enrollment Admission Day at your high school
- If you missed the workshop, complete the following Dual Enrollment Registration form: Dual Enrollment Registration Form
- Important: If you miss the school deadline, you must submit the form directly to Arizona Western College via email to dualcredit@azwestern.edu.
Pay Tuition
Choose one of the following payment options:
- You can pay for your Dual Enrollment courses in person using cash, check, or card:
- At your high school during the scheduled Payment Collection Day
- Or at any AWC Cashier’s Office location
- By Phone: Call (928) 317-7666 with your AWC ID# and card info
- Online: Log in to Student Self-Service with your AWC credentials
- You can pay in full or set up a monthly payment plan. Note: The payment plan is only available if your tuition balance is $200 or more.
