College Employee & Student Satisfaction
Student and employee satisfaction define what Arizona Western College believes is excellence and high-quality standards. The staff designed and administered a questionnaire to study academic, social, and environmental aspects of satisfaction within the college. This study assists the college administration and instructors with their quality-assurance initiatives, focusing priorities, and with implementing resources to increase community satisfaction.
For the first time in Fall 2013, we measured employee satisfaction. While Arizona Western College data are baseline data for comparison in the future, comparative results were available from other two-year colleges across the nation who took the same survey.
2013 Information:
The College Employee Satisfaction Survey was administered in September-October 2013 in cooperation with Noel-Levitz.
The survey was collected online during work hours in Fall 2013. There were 347 respondents. Please see the following links to view results and how we compared to community colleges across the nation.

Arizona Western College regularly measures student satisfaction. Beginning in Fall 2010, we began using the Student Satisfaction Inventory by Noel-Levitz to gather baseline and comparison data every two years. A benefit of this instrument is that comparative results are available from other two-year colleges across the nation and in the Western States who took the same survey at the same time.
