Arizona Western college coordinates its decision making on grants through the President’s Cabinet meetings. If you have an idea for a grant, please discuss it with your supervisor and/or VP. Once your leadership gives you the okay, begin the formal President’s Cabinet process by filling out this form. You will be notified of the grant status decision within two weeks of receipt by the Grants Office. If there is a shortened process for submission, fill out the form, but contact the Grants Office Director immediately to discuss how to navigate the shortened time frame.
