Requests for custodial setups for events during the week require a three WORKING day advance notice (which is strictly enforced) and should be submitted using the "Setup Request Form" which can be found on this page and the Facilities homepage. Complete this form and "submit" to generate an e-mail to facilities@azwestern.edu.

Setup requests will not be accepted more than thirty (30) days in advance OF THE EVENT!

REQUESTS FOR WEEKEND SETUPS REQUIRE A ONE WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE TO ALLOW FOR SCHEDULING STAFF!

Once your request has been received (via email to Facilities) and has been evaluated, a work order will be generated and you will receive the work order number by email.

Setups for non-AWC/NAU and non-Conference & Event functions will be on a "manpower permitting" basis. These should also be accompanied by a Facilities Usage Agreement Request approval from the Director of Risk Management.
