Nursing Assistant

CERT - Occupational Certificate


This course prepares the learner for taking the state examination to become a certified nursing assistant. The Arizona State Board of Nursing requires evidence of citizenship or nationality for state certification (CNA). Fingerprints needed to take the licensure exam.

Program Purpose


Graduates will demonstrate basic knowledge as required of beginning nursing assistant practitioners.

Nursing Assistant Program - 1 Semester

5 Credit course (Fall/Spring have 2 - 8-week sessions and 1 - 16-week session. Summer session has 1 - 8-week session)
