AWC’s Help Desk is available 24 x 7 x 365 to support our students and employees. Help Desk support can be obtained by calling (928) 317-5892. Our agents will answer your call, and a ticket will be created for each request. You will be able to check the status of your ticket on the Service Portal by visiting https://azwestern.myportallogin.com/.

Please note: When calling the AWC Help Desk, you will be greeted with a pre-recorded welcome message with prompts, and calls will be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
