Why can I only share my documents with some people?

The Office 365 subscription is limited to only share files with other individuals who have an AWC student or employee account.

Please note, if you are an employee that needs to collaborate with a contractor or external vendor using OneDrive contact the Service Desk for additional assistance via e-mail at servicedesk@azwestern.edu

How big is my OneDrive storage?

All AWC accounts have a 5TB, terabyte, storage limit for your files. That’s 1024 gigabytes or 213 DVD disks!
