Students who successfully complete the course requirements will be prepared to test for the Intuit QuickBooks Certified User Certification exam. 

This is a non-credit course. 


What You'll Learn

Upon completion of these classes, students will be fully prepared to take the Intuit QuickBooks Certification Certified User exam.

  • Set up and manage QuickBooks company files, user access, and system preferences

  • Navigate the QuickBooks interface and use essential tools, including backups and updates

  • Record and manage sales, invoices, and customer payments

  • Track purchases, bills, and vendor payments

  • Use items to accurately record products and services

  • Process payroll, including employees, pay schedules, and payroll reports

  • Generate and customize financial reports to support business decisions

  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, and closing dates
