How do I register for classes?

You can register three different ways.

  • Online
    • Each course has an online registration system that will be linked on the course's webpage. 
  • In person
  • Over the phone
    • Give us a shout! We can even take your credit card payment over the phone at (928) 317-7674.

How can I pay for classes?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as checks and money orders. Please make checks and money orders out to Arizona Western College.

What is your refund policy?

  • Industry Certifications 
    • No refund will be granted after the first day of the registered course.
  • Life Enrichment & Professional Development Workshops, Webinars, and Classes
    • A 100% refund will be granted if a request is made at least 2 business days prior to the start of class.
    • A 50% refund will be issued will be issued if notice is received less than 2 business days prior to the start of class.
    • No refunds will be issued after the first day of class.
  • All Continuing Education offerings list either the type of class it is on the marketing materials and webpage and/or the state refund policy.
