What can you request?

  • Design – Request digital and print graphic design. See our Design Packages below.

During your Graphic Design request, you'll need to select one of the following packages:

Package 1
Digital

Email Graphic
Digital Flyer 

1 week turnaround based on approval speed.
Allow lead time for request processing. Max three revisions or extensions

Package 2
Print

Flyer or Poster 
All Digital Assets 
Sandwich board 

2 week turnaround based on approval speed.
Allow lead time for request processing. Max three revisions or extensions.

Custom Package

For more complex campaigns with a variety of deliverables. Meet with a designer to assess needs.

4+ week turnaround based on approval speed.
Allow lead time for request processing. Max three revisions or extensions.

  • Packages 1 & 2 are perfect for those with straightforward needs who prefer faster turnaround times. 
  • The Custom Package is for those with larger, more complex needs and should be reserved for larger events and campaigns such as a conference or large community event. If you require a Custom Package, we will meet with you, assess needs, and add the deliverables to the request ourselves.
  • Don’t need a full Design Package? Request individual assets such as banners, brochures, and post cards, now in standardized sizes for efficiency and cohesion.
  • Photo – Request event, location, program, or studio portrait photography. Need a new headshot? Our current walk-in studio hours are:
    - Every other Tuesday, 9:30 to 11:30AM
    - 03/05, 03/19, 04/02, 04/16, 04/30
    - BA 117, Yuma Campus
    Completed photo requests can be accessed in the Photo Gallery.
  • Video – Request promotional video services. Our team also offers livestreaming services at the department’s discretion; livestreaming is typically reserved for large, audience-engaging events such as commencement.
  • Web – Request assistance with website updates, landing page creation, or web content development.
  • Social Media – Share events, good news, and promote initiatives across our official Arizona Western College platforms.
    Social media is engaging, public facing content shared to diverse audiences. Communications that are relevant to students or employees only will be diverted to the appropriate internal channels, such as email.
  • Mass Email – Request the creation and distribution of mass email campaigns to communicate important announcements, updates, or event invitations. Mass emails are internal communications to students and/or employees.
  • Public Relations – We maintain positive relationships with our media partners and are sure to share the best, most timely news. We cannot guarantee a press release will be packaged into a news story, but we strive to showcase the best from AWC. If you have a newsworthy story to share, please request a press release for consideration. Check out our Latest News!
