Use this form to reserve a room or space at one of Arizona Western Colleges’ locations.
This form may be used by AWC/ASU/NAU/UA Employees to book a room or space at all college locations with the exception of the 3C Conference Center, Frances Morris Boardroom, East Meeting Room, Hall of Fame (Pre-Event Hallway), Breezeway, or Courtyard. Thank you for your request to book a room for your event. Please note that college courses take priority over one-day or short-term events when it comes to room scheduling.
We will do our best to find an alternative room to accommodate your booking. However, if no suitable room is available, we will refer you to Conference and Events for further assistance or ask that you consider selecting a different day or time for your event.
