Arizona Western College invites the community to celebrate student achievement at the 2026 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 15. This year will mark a historic number of degrees and certificates awarded by the college.

Arizona Western College (AWC) has been selected as one of only three institutions in the country to participate in the U.S.-India Partnership Lab. The initiative will connect the college with a leading institution in India to advance industry-aligned workforce programs and explore applied uses of artificial intelligence.

Arizona Western College's Director of Agriculture, Dr. Hikmet Budak, has been invited to serve as an editor for the Oxford University Press journal in silico Plants. Dr. Budak will oversee the Genetics and Genomics section, managing peer-review processes and making final publication decisions.
