Explore future careers at the AWC Healthcare Programs Open House
September 11, 2026Parker, Ariz. (September 11, 2026) – Arizona Western College invites the community to the AWC Healthcare Programs Open House on September 24. The free event provides the opportunity for residents to explore certificate and degree pathways in Phlebotomy, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, and other allied health programs.
“AWC is helping students in La Paz County access affordable, local training that can lead to rewarding careers in healthcare,” shared Yaneli Pasillas-Miller, AWC Director of Outreach and Special Programs. “We are excited to help more members of our community achieve their career goals. Bring your questions and find the program that works for you!”
Attendees can explore flexible career pathways, tour the AWC medical lab, meet the AWC healthcare team, and learn about available scholarships and financial assistance.
The open house will take place on Thursday, September 24 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the AWC Parker Learning Center (PLC).
