Description:  Anyone interested in learning how to coordinate various elements of a project, develop and manage a project schedule and ensure that the project delivers the desired outcome. As the Project Management Professional course (PMP) is an internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Students who successfully complete this workshop will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Program Objective:  This course provides students with the training and support to complete the education requirement in preparation for the Project Management Professional exam* (PMP®).

Objectives:

• Analyze project risks.
• Initiate and execute a project.
• Monitor and control project quality, staffing, and communications.
• Monitor and control project schedule and costs
• Plan project procurement.

After program completion, participants will be prepared to the Project Management Professional Exam *(PMP)

Who should attend: Anyone planning to take the PMP Exam

Admissions and Additional Details

Payment will be taken at the time of registration.

Registration Hours: Mon - Thurs 8AM - 5PM, Fri 8AM - 4PM. Payments accepted via phone or walk in. Please make checks payable to AWC. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be granted if a request is made 2 business days prior to the start of
class. A 50% refund will be issued if notice is received less than 2 business days prior to class. No refunds will be
issued after the first day of class. If a class is canceled due to low registration, we will contact you 2 business days prior.
