She had always liked the arts, but when she got to high school she fell in love with theatre. When she wasn't on stage at AWC, she could be found in the Honors or Writing center hard at work. She was heavily involved in the AWC Theatre department, Pep Band, and the Honors Program. Thanks to AWC she grew not only a person but a scholar. She is graduating as an Honors student, President of Phi Theta Kappa, and an AWC writing tutor.
The AWC Foundation will also be hosting a graduation breakfast provided by The Chile Pepper to celebrate AWC Graduates on May 19th at Veterans Memorial Stadium immediately following commencement rehearsal at 8:45am.
