Arizona Western College presents the Yuma Art (pre)Symposium on Thursday, February 22.
Four artists present and discuss their work in this inaugural event of the 45th Yuma Symposium.
Master of metals Andy Cooperman speaks at 9:00 a.m.
Renowned sculptor-ceramist Patti Warashina begins her presentation at 10:30.
At 1:30 Paula Kovarik talks about her expressive works created with fabric and thread.
Painter-sculptor Cedra Wood considers the evolving nature of her artistic vision at 3 p.m.
Events take place in the Yuma Campus Art building, room 103. The public is welcome.
