AWC Choirs present eclectic fall concert
September 28, 2026Yuma, Ariz. (September 28, 2026) – The Arizona Western College Choirs invite the community to the first choral concert of the semester on October 2 and 4. The performance will include an eclectic offering of choral music.
“The highlight of the evening will be 3 selections from Randall Thompson's Frostiana, a famous seven-movement choral suite composed in 1959,” said Dr. Deltrina Grimes. “This work sets the poignant poetry of Robert Frost in a tender but alluring manner. Join us for an evening of beautiful music.”

Sunday, October 4th at 4 p.m.
Trinity United Methodist Church
3030 South 8th Ave, Yuma, AZ
Both performances are free and open to the public, although donations to benefit AWC music scholarships are greatly appreciated.
