Intermediate Orchestra

Event Details
This intermediate class is for students who must be reading music. Students will be instructed on more advanced skills with their instrument, including scales and arpeggios, styles of music, and theory, playing in ensemble, and given the opportunity to perform showing their new skills. Students will be accepted on the recommendation of the Beginner Orchestra and Intermediate Orchestra teacher or by audition.
*Parents: We will hand out the syllabus for each level and give you information about the performing concerts during the semester. After 3 unexcused absences students will be removed from the roster. Practice and class participation are very important to the success of the student and for maximum learning.
Admissions and Additional Details
Registration Hours: Mon - Thurs 8AM - 5PM, Fri 8AM - 4PM payments accepted via phone, mail or walk in. Please make checks payable to AWC. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be granted if a request is made 2 business days prior to the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if notice is received less than 2 business days prior to class. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class.
