Noland Arbaugh made history in January 2024  as the first human to receive Neuralink’s brain– computer interface (BCI), marking a historic leap  in neurotechnology. Paralyzed since a 2016  accident, Noland can now control digital  devices using only his mind. With the implant’s 1,024 electrodes, he achieved a record–breaking cursor control speed, outperforming previous benchmarks by over 200%.

This breakthrough has reignited his independence. He’s returned to school, launched his own  business, and emerged as a global voice for accessibility, innovation, and the future of human potential. His story has captured worldwide  attention, with features in The Guardian, Bloomberg, The New York Times, and an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience.

Noland’s story is proof that our greatest limits are often the ones we place on ourselves and that with courage, faith, and innovation, those limits can be shattered.
