AWC offers accelerated online CompTIA A+ certification

November 5, 2025

Train for an IT career with affordable, expert-led CompTIA training in just 4 weeks

Yuma, Ariz. (November 5, 2025) – Arizona Western Entrepreneurial College has partnered with CompTIA to offer a 4-week CompTIA A+ certification that is fully online. With classes starting on November 17, students are encouraged to apply.

The CompTIA A+ certification is an entry-level certification for people interested in pursuing careers in IT. In less than one month, students will earn a certification focused on foundational IT skills such as troubleshooting, configuration, providing technical support, and securing operating systems.

"CompTIA A+ helps students learn real tech skills, opens the door to IT jobs, builds problem-solving confidence and a strong start to their IT careers,” said Patrick Brown, AWC Coordinator of IT Stackable Certifications.

AWC’s CompTIA A+ course costs $1,450, well below the $2,000 price tag of many competitors. The course also distinguishes itself through expert-led, interactive instruction rather than self-paced study.

Classes will run every Monday-Thursday from November 17 to December 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. via Zoom.
