If you’re an AWC student interested in law enforcement, public safety, or justice policy, discover how you can build a career in criminal justice and nursing/healthcare—without leaving the community you care about.

Criminal Justice Administration (BS – 90-30)

  • Transfer up to 90 credits from AWC toward your BS in Criminal Justice Administration, with just 30 credits from NAU to complete.
  • Focus on topics like criminology, policing, corrections, ethics, leadership, and public administration.
  • Gain practical experience through internships with local law enforcement, courts, and legal organizations.

Nursing (BSN through CEP or RN to BSN)

  • NAU’s Concurrent Enrollment Program (CEP) allows AWC nursing students to begin their Bachelor of Science in Nursing while completing their AAS.
  • Already an RN? Complete your RN to BSN online with local support.
  • Build leadership skills, boost your earning potential, and stay in the Yuma healthcare community you care about.
  • Complete required prerequisites at AWC to apply to the local Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program.
