AWC Talent Search Hosts “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” for High School Students

 

Yuma, AZ (November 16, 2016)-Arizona Western College Talent Search will be hosting “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” for high school students on Thursday, November 17 on the Yuma Campus in South Schoening, the East Meeting Room, and the Frances Morris Conference Room.  Students from Kofa, Parker, San Luis and Yuma high schools will be in attendance.

Yuma, AZ (November 15, 2016)- The Arizona Western College Music Department will have its Formal Student Recital at 1 pm on Sunday, November 20 in the AWC Theater on the Yuma Campus.  The Formal Student Recital is a performance presented by the music students taking private lessons from the AWC faculty.

Yuma, AZ (November 9, 2016)—AWC’s Office of Financial Aid and the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education (ACPE) are teaming up for their Annual College Goal FAFSA.  College bound students are encouraged to attend College Goal FAFSA on Friday, November 18 from 3pm-6pm at the AWC San Luis Center.

The Arizona Western College Foundation would like to invite the community to their Schoolhouse Soiree on Saturday, November 5 from 6pm-9pm at the Gowan Company Patio (370 S Main St in Yuma).  This will be an unforgettable evening in support of AWC Foundation programs and scholarships.

There will be live entertainment featuring the AWC Jazz Ensemble and Kolt Supa, award- winning concert pianist.  There will also be a catered dinner and a cash bar.
