Earn employer-recognized credentials in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Yuma, Ariz. (November 25, 2025) – Arizona Western College’s Continuing Education division is spotlighting its long-standing Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification program, an established pathway to employer-recognized credentials and stronger digital skills widely required in positions across healthcare, education, government, logistics, business administration, and customer service.

The four-month program includes 180 instructional hours and four certification exams covering Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Students who do not wish to complete the full certificate may opt to earn proficiency in one—or any combination—of the four applications.

With classes offered in the evening, the MOS program remains one of AWC Continuing Education’s most accessible offerings for working adults, parents, and returning learners. Tuition assistance is also available through AZ@Work for those who qualify.

The next MOS cohort runs from December 8, 2025, until April 7, 2026, with classes held Monday through Thursday from 5-8 p.m.

For more information on the certification, registration, and information on AZ@Work tuition assistance, visit the MOS course page or call (928) 317-7674.
