Explore education and career opportunities at the Parker Community Expo
October 30, 2025Parker, Ariz. (October 30, 2025) – Arizona Western College is proud to invite the community to the Parker Community Expo on Wednesday, November 5. This free community event will bring together local employers, college and university representatives, and community agencies to support career exploration, education, and workforce opportunities for residents of La Paz County.
“We are excited to bring our community together through the Parker Community Expo. We will have valuable resources that support their academic and career goals,” shared Yaneli Pasillas-Miller, AWC Director of Outreach and Special Programs.
Students, job seekers, and community members of all ages are encouraged to attend this event. Whether you are preparing for college, exploring new career paths, or seeking local resources, the Parker Community Expo offers valuable information and support.
The event will provide opportunities to:
• Explore potential careers with employers and learn about current job openings
• Network with local agencies and community organizations
• Speak with college and university representatives about academic programs, scholarships, and transfer opportunities
The expo will take place on Wednesday, November 5 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the AWC Parker Community Center.
