Chamber Singers and Yuma Chorale to present Early Spring Concert
February 17, 2022Yuma, AZ (February 17, 2022) – The Arizona Western College Chamber Singers and Yuma Chorale will perform an Early Spring Concert next month.
The concerts will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 4, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1550 S. 14th Ave., and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3030 S. 8th Ave.
The performances will feature a variety of sacred and popular music and just a few of the outstanding soloists in the AWC Music Department. The Yuma Chorale is directed by Laura Surguine and the Chamber Singers will be led by Dr. Charles Smalley.
A free-will donation of $5 is asked. Donations will go directly to the Don Alspach Scholarship Fund to benefit student music scholarships for tuition and vocal music lessons.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.
