AWC choirs to present annual “Singing with the Masters” concert
February 26, 2026Yuma, Ariz. (February 26, 2026) – The Arizona Western College Choirs are excited to present their annual concert, “Singing with the Masters,” on March 8th and 13th.
Featuring the AWC Chamber Singers, Yuma Chorale, and soloists, this year's concert will feature a variety of musical genres and composers.
“Works by Jose Nunes Garcia, Wolfgang Mozart, Gabriel Faure, Joseph Haydn, Robert Schuman, and Lena McLin are included on the program," said Deltrina D. Grimes, AWC Professor of Choral and Vocal Music. “Our featured guest artist will be Mr. Tim O'Brien, choral director at Gila Ridge High School.”

Trinity United Methodist Church

Friday, March 13th at 7 p.m.
St. Paul's Episcopal Church
1550 S 14th Ave, Yuma, AZ
Both performances are free and open to the public, although donations to benefit AWC music scholarships are greatly appreciated.
