Desert Southwest Transfer Conference Spring 2026
Join us for the 6th Annual Desert Southwest Transfer Conference from March 2-5, in partnership with Arizona Western College’s university partners.
The event is hosted in conjunction with AWC’s annual Transfer Week to prepare students for a successful transition to the university of their choice. Kickstarting the week is the Yuma Transfer and Career Expo, providing students with the opportunity to explore higher education options and job openings or internships within their majors. Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, and Northern Arizona University each have a day during the week to highlight their programs and student resources. Don't miss this opportunity for valuable insights and connections!
Monday, March 2 – Yuma Transfer and Career Expo, 3C Hall of Fame, 10:00-1:00pm
The expo will focus on providing students, alumni of Arizona Western College, and partner university students with transfer and career information as well as full and part-time employment, volunteer, and internship opportunities.
Transfer to a university that welcomes and values the diversity and life experiences of transfer students. We offer hundreds of degree programs, and a comprehensive network of academic, financial, and social opportunities designed for the success of all students. At ASU Day, you’ll meet with ASU representatives to learn everything you need to know to get started at ASU.

This day is dedicated to future Wildcats and provides the opportunity to submit your application, receive financial aid guidance, explore different academic programs, and more. Join us to explore seamless transfer options from Arizona Western College to Northern Arizona University's campuses in Yuma, Flagstaff, or online, as well as other statewide locations.
