Yuma, AZ (November 9, 2016)—AWC’s Office of Financial Aid and the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education (ACPE) are teaming up for their Annual College Goal FAFSA.  College bound students are encouraged to attend College Goal FAFSA on Friday, November 18 from 3pm-6pm at the AWC San Luis Center.

Yuma, AZ (November 2, 2016)-Arizona Western College would like to invite the community to hear Keith Wheeler on Wednesday, November 9th at 3:30pm in the Schoening Conference Center (South Wing) on the Yuma Campus.  Mr. Wheeler is a celebrated author, accomplished educator, distinguished speaker, multi-degree holder, spiritual leader and mentor who will be giving a free motivational presentation.

Support the Gift of Education

The Arizona Western College Foundation would like to invite the community to their Schoolhouse Soiree on Saturday, November 5 from 6pm-9pm at the Gowan Company Patio (370 S Main St in Yuma).  This will be an unforgettable evening in support of AWC Foundation programs and scholarships.

There will be live entertainment featuring the AWC Jazz Ensemble and Kolt Supa, award- winning concert pianist.  There will also be a catered dinner and a cash bar. 

AWC Majors Fair on November 2nd


The Arizona Western College Majors Fair will be on Wednesday, November 2nd from 9am to 1pm in the Schoening Conference Center (3C) on the Yuma Campus.  This is an informational event to inform AWC students and high school seniors about the more than 60 academic disciplines available at AWC and encourage them to begin the process of selecting a major.
