AWC starts new esports program on campus

Players required to enroll as full-time students to participate on competitive teams

Yuma, AZ (March 5, 2020) – Arizona Western College is venturing into new territory with the establishment of an esports program.

AWC to host Veteran Network Ally Training

Yuma, AZ (March 5, 2020) – Arizona Western College’s Department of Diversity, Inclusion, and AccessABILITY is hosting an upcoming Veteran Network Ally Training for the campus and community to attend.

The training will be held on Thursday, March 12, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the East Meeting Room located in the 3C Building of the Yuma Campus, 2020 S. Ave. 8E.

Arizona Western College cares about the public’s well-being and is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our students, staff, and community members. The Yuma County Health District (YCHD) has not reported any cases of the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Yuma County at this point.

Business Club to participate in upcoming competition

Yuma, AZ (March 3, 2020) – The Arizona Western College Business Club will be taking part in a competition on Friday, March 13, at the Yuma Campus, 2020 S. Ave. 8E.

The competition will begin at 10 a.m. in the Business Administration (BA) Building. The media is invited to attend.
