AWC Cash in Your Pocket program distributes $7.9M to students
October 14, 2021Yuma, AZ (October 14, 2021) – Arizona Western College recently initiated the distribution process to put $7.9 million directly into the hands of 7,357 students through its Cash in Your Pocket program.
AWC was the recipient of several federal stimulus programs over the summer, which allowed the college to divert those funds to students beginning Oct. 7. Since starting the Cash in Your Pocket promotion, AWC has seen enrollment for Fall 2021 grow steadily, surpassing Fall 2019 and 2020 enrollment numbers.
