Race to Benefit AWC’s Patriots Gold Heart Fund
September 28, 2017Yuma, AZ (September 28, 2017) - Arizona Western College is holding their 4th Annual Freedom Run, Walk & Roll 5K on Saturday, November 18, to raise money for the Patriots Gold Heart Fund.
“The fund benefits veterans and their families at AWC when they are in need of financial assistance. Not all veterans are eligible for VA educational benefits, and sometimes they need a little help with school supplies, books and tuition,” said Gabriela Siqueiros-Herwig, Coordinator of Veteran Services at AWC.
