Faculty, staff collaborating on $193,000 worth of student-centric projects

Yuma, AZ (May 3, 2018) –  Twelve AWC Innovation Fund projects, which were funded in January as part of the AWC Strategic Plan 2025, are underway at four locations in the college district. These Innovation Fund teams are focused on creating student-centered, thriving communities, and several of them are starting to see great things happen.

Yuma, AZ (January 18, 2018)- Residents of Parker, San Luis and the Yuma area will each have an opportunity to hear the outcome of 14 months’ strategic planning work charting a course for the next seven years for the La Paz / Yuma County college district.

Jan 26 - San Luis (10:00 AM, following the AWC San Luis Technology Institute ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00 AM)

As part of Arizona Western College’s 14-month strategic planning process, the college is inviting community members to attend and participate in a half-day workshop featuring regionally- and nationally-recognized speakers and topic-specific community focus groups to help the college plan for the future.
