Calculators

To rent a calculator you must:

• Be an AWC student currently enrolled in at least one of the following AWC courses:
  • Math courses numbered MAT 142 or higher
  • PSY 230 (Statistics for Social Sciences)
• Download and submit the lease agreement prior to picking up the calculator.
  • Download the agreement, fill out all required fields, and save your changes.
  • Attach the filled out PDF to an email and send it to success.center@azwestern.edu
• Bring a picture ID with you to pick up your calculator.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Calculators are rented beginning the first day of the term on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of items will be set aside for late start courses. No calculators will be issued to a student whose term is more than 30 days into the semester.
• Completing a lease agreement does not guarantee a calculator. Please come to pick up a calculator as soon as possible. 
• No payment is due at the time of the rental. Your student account will be charged the $20 non-refundable rental fee after the add/drop period for your term. You can pay the fee by logging into your Self-Service account or visiting the Cashier in the 3C building when the charge appears on your account.
