Technology Service Desk Ticketing: Vorex

What is Vorex?

Vorex, in short, is a ticketing system. We at the Technology Service Desk are moving our ticketing process over to Vorex to better support Arizona Western College.

How will this affect me?

At this stage of deployment, the only noticeable difference you will see is the design of email notifications generated by the ticketing system. You will only receive these emails when you have submitted a ticket with the Service Desk.

How do I submit tickets?

If you’ve submitted tickets with the Service Desk in the past, then the process to submit tickets hasn’t changed. You can submit tickets by:

  • Emailing ServiceDesk@azwestern.edu
  • Submitting a request via the webform
  • Calling the Service Desk at (928) 317-5892
  • Walking up to any Service Desk member at any of our locations and requesting help

In the future we intend to launch another method of submitting tickets, but details for that will come at a later date.
