Get email on your iPhone!

Here you will find tutorials to help you get your email set up on your iPhone. You'll find the tutorials below, as well as downloadable PDF files available to the right.

These tutorials were created using the latest iOS build, so your phone may display somewhat differently than the images contained here.

Native Mail App

Settings

Open the Settings app.

Cloud and Accounts

Choose the Cloud and Accounts option, then choose Accounts.

Accounts & Passwords

Click on Account & Passwords and Add Account.

Exchange

Click on Exchange.

Exchange Information

Type in your email information.
Email: Your AWC email address.
(Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu)
Description: Whatever you would like. For example, AWC

Sign In

Select Next in the upper right-hand corner, then click Sign In

Exchange Sign In

Enter your password in the required field and click Next.

Finish Setup

Should you be successful, this is the next screen that will show up. These buttons tell you what will sync to the iOS device. Click Save.

Outlook App

Download Outlook App

Download the Outlook iOS app from the App Store.

Open Outlook

Open the Outlook App.

Getting Started

Click on Getting Started.

Get Notified

Choose whether you would like to get notified by clicking No Thanks or Notify Me. if you choose to be notified, click Allow.

Add Account

Type in your email information.
Email: Your AWC email address.
(Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu)

Exchange Information

Type in your email information.
Password: Your email password.
Description: Whatever you would like. For example, AWC

Add Addtional Accounts

Choose whether you would like to add additional accounts by clicking Maybe Later or Let's Do It!

Finish Setup

The next couple of screen will include more information on the Outlook app, you may skip these pages by clicking Skip in the bottom left-hand corner or advance through them by clicking the Arrow in the bottom right-hand corner
