Get email on your Android device!

Here you will find tutorials to help you get your email set up on your Android device. You'll find the tutorials below, as well as downloadable PDF files available to the right.

Native Mail App

Settings

Drag down your status bar and click the settings icon. You can also go to your apps page and choose the settings app.

Cloud and Accounts

Choose the Cloud and Accounts option, then choose Accounts.

Exchange

Choose Add Account then select Microsoft Exchange Activesync.

Exchange Information

Fill in your email account and password. Then click Sign In.

Confirm Remove Administration

Click OK on this screen.

Manual Setup

Choose which manual settings you want to use, like changing how often it will synchronize your email and how far back it will synchronize. Click Activate on the next screen.

Finish Setup

Enter a name you want your email to be labeled as and click done. You now have access to your school email!

Outlook App

Download Outlook App

Go to the play store and download the Outlook app if you do not already have it installed.

Open Outlook

Open the Outlook App.

Email Information

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Enter Password

Enter your password and click the checkmark.

Gmail App

Open Gmail App

Open your Gmail application and click on the three lines shown below.

Add Account

Click the down arrow next to your current Gmail account, then click Add Account.

Echange and Office 365

Select Exchange and Office 365 then enter your email address.

Enter Password

Enter your password and click Next.

Confirm

Click OK on the next two windows.

Server Settings

Click the next button then click OK on the next screen.

Name Account

Change the name of the account to what you want it to be called and click next.

Complete

You can now access your ToroMail through your Gmail app.
