Arizona Western College reserves the right to monitor, modify or remove any lists.

The AWC Business list is the official communication mechanism between the college administration and the employees. It is designed to send only college business notices which are of value to employees. The posting of messages to this list is limited to the AWC President, Chief of Police, Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, Interim Director of Computer Information Services, Interim Director of Technology Support Services, Dean Of Public Relations And Marketing, Director of Human Resources and Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Research And Grants. All employees are automatically placed on this list and cannot be removed.

These two lists are designed to provide AWC faculty and associate faculty the opportunity to share instructional information. Posting is restricted to the Dean of Instruction and the Dean of Career and Technical Education. Anyone who desires to post to either of these lists must have their request approved and posted by one of the offices previously mentioned.

The AWC Users list is a subscription based service so employees may subscribe or unsubscribe to the service at anytime. Members on the list may post information about AWC events, activities, fundraisers, plays, concerts, parties, etc. Members may not post solicitations for any events or activities not directly related to Arizona Western College. Examples of inappropriate postings are the sale of puppies, fundraisers outside of AWC, high school car washes, sale of food, etc.

The AWC Sports list is a subscription based service so employees may join or unsubscribe from the list at anytime. This list will only have information pertaining to sports and athletic events at AWC. Posting for this list will be the sole responsibility of the AWC Athletic department.

The AWC Faculty Association list is a subscription based service allowing full-time and part-time faculty members to subscribe or unsubscribe to the service at any time. The purpose of the list is to allow the faculty association the opportunity to communicate AWC instructional issues to faculty and associate faculty members. The officers of the faculty association are the only individuals who can post to the list. Anyone who desires to post to this list must have their request approved and posted by one of the officers.
