All recognized clubs are required to renew their charters annually. After the Charter Renewal has been completed and returned, it will be presented as a request by the club to Student Government Association. When accepted, the forms will be filed and the club will be considered "active" for the entire academic year (provided that it operates within the policies and regulations of the college).

  2. To cooperate with other clubs and the AWC Student Government Association in working for the good of the total college.
  3. To inform ourselves of college policies and regulations and to observe these policies in all activities of our club.
