New Phishing Attempt Circulating - 10.12.17 [Notice]

This morning the Help Desk has received a multitude of reports that the following phishing e-mail has been circulating through the ranks (see screenshot below). This is NOT a legitimate e-mail message, so you may simply delete it. If you’ve already clicked on the link, please contact the Help Desk immediately by calling 928.317.5892 or by e-mailing email@example.com so we may assist you with remedial action.

Phishing Attempt with AWC Logo [Notice]
These phishers are getting awfully sneaky… In this latest nefarious attempt to fool our user base, they’ve included a copy of our college logo (see attached image).

District-wide, we are unable to dial telephone numbers outside the network. In other words, we can dial each other’s extensions successfully, but we cannot dial “8” and make outbound calls. It appears that we are receiving incoming calls from outside the network with no issue. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
