Be a Yuman Resource! Arizona Western College Continuing Education, Visit Yuma and Candlewood Suites bring you Yuman Resources: Guest Service Excellence Program.

A three-day program specially designed to provide a high level of training that leaves a lasting impression on guests, inspires coworkers, and helps build relationships that last a lifetime. This program awards certification to front-line employees.

The training utilizes the Guest Service Gold Tourism curriculum, including the exam opportunity for the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) credential on final day.
