Any employee and/or work study student that is injured, due to and in the course of their employment at Arizona Western College, is required to notify Human Resources Department/Benefits Manager of the incident by way of the Notice of Injury form. Failure to report injuries or incidences in a timely manner can affect the validity of the claim and delay treatment. Unless life threatening, treatment shall be sought at an Urgent Care.
