Here at Arizona Western College we continue to be committed to providing a safe and inclusive educational environment for all students and staff.  As we continue to navigate CDC and Federal recommendations for Covid-19 we wanted to provide staff with additional ways to support our current initiative to mitigate the risk and spread of the virus.

Recently Arizona Western College launched a new Covid-19 reporting form for all Employees and Staff. This form is located on the AWC website below. This form can be used to report symptoms, diagnosis or confirmed close contact of Covid-19.
