Connect to Careers Career Expo - PUBLIC SAFETY, HEALTH AND EDUCATION CAREERS
March 9, 2017Yuma, AZ (March 9, 2017) – The Public Safety, Health and Education Careers Expo will be held on Wednesday, March 15th from 10:00 am to 2:00pm at Arizona Western College in the 3C Building-Courtyard on the Yuma Campus.
This Career Expo will provide Internship, Employment and Volunteer Opportunities related to the following majors: Administration of Justice, Education (Elementary/Secondary), Early Childhood Education, Exercise and Wellness, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement Training, Massage Therapy, Social Work, EMS-Paramedic, Fire Science, Nursing/C.N.A and Radiologic Technology.
Over 40 Employers and organizations have registered for the event including but not limited to: Accent Care, Arizona@Work, Arizona Best Hospice, AZ State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, Army National Guard, Community Health Associates, Crane Elementary School District, El Centro Regional Medical Center, First Leap Education, The Freedom Library, Horizon Health and Wellness, Hospice of Yuma, NAU - Yuma, New Hope, Inc, Palm View Rehab, Phoenix Police Department, Provost Marshals Office (MCAS), U of A-Yuma, US Border Patrol, Yuma Fire Department and Yuma Regional Medical Center.
