AACRAO needs the following information in order to process your evalution: Copy of your transcripts, translation/interpretation of your transcripts, and application with a money order included.

Complete the following form to have your transcripts review by Transfer Services Request for Evaluation Form . Students must be enroll in a minimum of six credit hours to have transcripts evaluated.
