Transcript Request

Transcripts are now available on WebAdvisor for students who enrolled and completed coursework at AWC from the fall of 1986 to the present. 

Don't have a WebAdvisor login?  Activate your account to receive your credentials, then use them to make an Electronic Transcript Request.

Once you have logged in to WebAdvisor, go to the Academic Profile link and select Transcript Request.  Transcripts are available at no charge and may take up to three business days to process. There is a limit of five (5) official transcript requests per week.  Contact the Help Desk if you encounter technical issues.

Students who enrolled and completed coursework at Arizona Western College prior to the fall of 1986 must submit a Transcript Request Form to obtain transcripts.
