Our overall objective is to promote life-long learning opportunities by providing up to date information on admissions, registration, student records, international student programs, student recruitment and outreach, transcripts, degrees and certificates, residency determination and graduation requirements.
Transcripts are now available on WebAdvisor! Click on the link below to go to WebAdvisor. Click on the Log In link. Enter your user id and password. If you do not have a password, click the "I'm New to WebAdvisor" link at the bottom of the page to get your user name and password. Once you have logged in, select Transcript Request under Academic Profile to begin your request. Transcripts are available at no charge and may take up to three business days to process. There is a limit of five (5) official transcript requests per week.
Transcript Request
Students who enrolled and completed coursework at Arizona Western College prior to Fall 1986 must submit a written request for transcripts. The request must include:
- name at time of attendance
- student id number or social security number
- dates of attendance
- address transcript will be sent to
- number of copies required
- student signature
Requests can be faxed to 928-344-7543 or mailed to Attn: Enrollment Services, P.O. Box 929, Yuma, Arizona, 85366.
