General Information Regarding Campus Visits

• A Campus Tour Request should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your preferred date. Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Campus tours are not conducted during final exam weeks or during breaks when campus is closed.
• During seasons of extremely hot weather, campus tours are generally conducted as early in the morning as possible.
• AWC does not provide transportation for groups to visit campus.
• Special presentations or speakers may be arranged upon request, but are not guaranteed. Please indicate any specific requests on the Campus Tour Request Form.
