Veteran Services at Arizona Western College is your point of contact for applying, receiving information, and being certified for your educational benefits from the Department of Veteran Affairs and/or Department of Defense. W.A.V.E. Web Automated Verification of Enrollment
Those receiving the Post-9/11 GI Bill do not have to verify their attendance through WAVE. Your school certifying official is responsible for verifying your attendance with VA at the beginning of your term. You are responsible for ensuring that your school certifying official is aware of your enrollment, and any subsequent changes in your schedule

e-Cashier Facts Online Payment Plan
The State of Arizona allows veterans who receive VA educational benefits to defer (interest free) the payment of tuition, fees, and charges for all necessary textbooks and supplies.
Log into WebAdvisor. From the student menu, select "Facts Online Payment" from the Financial Information Section. Students may pay online through e-Cashier by credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®Card or AmericanExpress®) or electronic check.
*In order to have the Veterans Deferment option, you must be coded the appropriate student type (VBR) on your student record. See the Veteran Services Office to verify your student type.
